Classic-script dialogue (3)

Say: “curse”

They cursed my mind, ruined the only thing that I had, the thing that made them what they are.' For once his face appears clear of the madness and is overwhelmed with anger. 'I can not do my work in this condition! I can't!' He looks at you, his mad eyes looking deep into you, as if they could see your soul. 'You want something of me, something that only I can give you. Well, I can't! They took it from me, my mind. If you want anything from me, you must [

Say: “will do”

Thank you. It will take a moment for me to force each of them out. You must destroy them quickly or they will invade my mind again.

Say: “still desire it”

Very well. Here it is. Only use it in the area where the owner of that head was killed. Now, I have much time to make up for. ' He laughs with much of the same dementia that was evident before

Classic-script dialogue (2)

Say: “hail”

You endured the burning heat of the desert to come and use our magic! I'm so excited. We have been getting a lot of customers. We've only lost a few. I sometimes wonder if Vayzl has incorrectly used the spell on purpose to see the odd traveler explode into a spray of magic. I do respect her, but I just don't understand dark elves, I guess. I am far too precise and careful to make any mistakes... Well, not a second time. Tell me where you would like to go and I will send you there. I can send you to any of the other camps in [

Say: “hail”

You will have to excuse me, I am quite busy studying this Farstone and the possibility of using the magic stored inside of it. Perhaps you should talk to those at the Wayfarer camps to see if they have any use for you. I have enough time to send you to [

Say: “hail”

Welcome stranger. I'm afraid you must answer some questions before I can consider opening our wealth of skill and knowledge to you. First, what does the Wayfarers Brotherhood call the tasks they will ask you to do for them?

Say: “adventures”

We will reward based on your improving position with the Wayfarers Brotherhood. We keep a certain type of log that records how often and well you help us. What is it called?

Say: “favor journal”

Who discovered that some treasures have strange magical properties by poking one with his dagger?

Say: “morden rasp”

Our brilliant magi use a special kind of magic to help teleport us between camps. What is it called?

Say: “farstone”

Congratulations! I believe now that you are trustworthy enough to take on some of the adventures the Wayfarers Brotherhood have to give. We will be able to continue with our discussions once you complete some adventures. We can also help you with travel between our camps. Be well, fair $name. I'm sure, someday, you will be a great addition to the Wayfarers Brotherhood.

Take this Adventurer Stone with you on your journeys into the dungeons. You will find it useful. Should you lose it somehow, come talk to me and I'll replace it.

Take this Adventurer Stone with you on your journeys into the dungeons. You will find it useful. Should you lose it somehow, come talk to me and I'll replace it.

My ancestors have been trapped under the sands for many, many years, so many I believe they've forgotten where they came from. I would tell you more, but you would need to do a few favors for the Wayfarers Brotherhood.

I must tell you, I'm a little saddened by the fate of the elves in Takish-Hiz. By all accounts, that city once held such great splendor and beauty. Now it is a such a menacing place. It does torment me some that I cannot walk amongst the echoes of my ancestors without fear. I'm so glad that you've come to hear the story though. I'm feeling somewhat morose at the moment, but I'd be glad to start this long tale another time.

I apologize for my depressed mood the last time we spoke $name. I am ready to begin the story of my ancestors now. The tale begins soon after the planet of Norrath began its journey around the sun, called Sol. Our fair mother of the Plane of Growth, Tunare, put the first intelligent beings on Norrath, the elves. About the same time, Brell Serilis of the Plane of Underfoot created the dwarves who dwelled inside the very crust of Norrath. Then, Prexus, the Ocean Lord, created the Kedge to rule the oceanic depths of the world. Around that time, Veeshan claimed the skies, Tunare the surface lands, Brell the underground and Prexus the seas. It wasn't that simple really, but it will have to wait. I must practice my archery now, friend. I need to be prepared for exploration and battle at all times.

Classic-script dialogue (9)

Say: “hail”

Sorry, but I am a very tired gnome. I am returning from a trip to Halas but this desert heat has worn me out and for some reason my gate spell keep failing. If only I had some water then I could make it to the wizard portal and wait for my brother Pellillo to pick me up.

Say: “recipe”

My old shaman friend Shamus Felligan has been working on some way to change the color of items. He was very close to completing it but for some reason everytime he applied the mixture to something it would change the color temporarily. So he asked me to come down and help him. After a few months we realized what the problem was and we're now capable of changing things from red to green and from green to gray. I kept a sample for myself so I could turn my friend's red drake green as a surprise, but I would like to test it on a [red scale] first.

Say: “red scale”

Yes the red scales of a dragon would be perfect for a test now that I think about it. Do you know anyone with a red scale that would be willing to let me use it in the pursuit of magical studies?

Say: “good news”

Well the good news is the scale changed color but. . .

Say: “bad news”

The scale is no longer red it is gray. I confused the color change it is red to gray and gray to green, no need to fret tough I can just apply more and change it to green but there is a [catch].

Say: “catch”

The scale split into four pieces and the only way I can fix it is by applying a special [adhesive].

Say: “adhesive”

In order to make this special adhesive you will need to combine some [glue powder] and some [Deep Barley Brew] in this container with this special vial. Return the result to me and I should be able to fix the scale, but please try to hurry I have to meet my brother Pellillo Cogswin at the wizard platform so he can take me home.

Say: “glue powder”

Glue powder can be made from a fractured centaur hoof, some fire giant embers, and some jagged permafrost shards. The hoof can be found on centaurs in the Karanas, the fire giant embers you will have to retrieve from the fire giants in the caverns of exile and the shard can be found in the keep of Permafrost on a chilling terror. When you have collected these three things use a mixing bowl to grind them together and make glue powder.

Say: “deep barley brew”

Deep Barley Brew is easy for someone with a bit of brewing skill. Just buy some deep fungus mold, some barley, and a bottle of distilled spirits, combine them in a brew barrel and viola.
