Kedge Keep is Norrath's only fully underwater dungeon — the drowned palace of the ancient Kedge, now ruled by the phantasm Phinigel Autropos. Every corridor swims; every fight happens in three dimensions among sea serpents, piranha swarms, and the seahorse cavalry of a dead empire.

Why come here
- Phinigel Autropos is the classic caster-loot raid target of the era — his drops defined pre-planar caster gearing.
- Zero competition from players unprepared for underwater play — a ready group owns the whole keep.
- Unique fish/serpent drop tables you literally cannot farm anywhere else.
Dangers
- You are ALWAYS underwater — no air pockets. Enduring Breath items or spells are not optional, they're the entry fee.
- Three-dimensional pathing means adds arrive from above and below; melee without swimming skill flail.
- Phinigel's chamber at the bottom is a raid-grade fight guarded by the whole keep's respawns between you and the exit.
Getting there
Enter through the underwater cave in Dagnor's Cauldron on Faydwer — swim down along the cauldron's western wall. Prepare Enduring Breath BEFORE you dive; bind at the Cauldron shore.
Good to know
- Bring backup Enduring Breath — a dispel or a worn-off buff underwater is its own boss fight.
- Magic-based swimming speed (levitate does nothing underwater) and cure-poison for the serpents both earn their bag slots.
