Runnyeye Citadel is the mossy warren of the Runnyeye goblins and the evil eyes that rule them, sunk between the Misty Thicket and the Karanas. Slime-slick tunnels descend through goblin barracks to the Chamber of the Borxx and the beholder-kin that command the place. It's the halfling starter dungeon that keeps scaling well past its reputation.

Why come here
- Perfect bridge dungeon between Misty Thicket leveling and the Karana plains — teens through upper 20s in one place.
- Goblin war beads and eye-kin drops turn steady coin.
- A back door into the Beholder's Maze (Gorge of King Xorbb) links two hunting regions.
Dangers
- Evil eyes cast from range and see through invis — the deeper rooms are caster fights, not goblin brawls.
- The pit levels drop unwary swimmers into higher-level water rooms.
- Everything is social; the barracks empty onto any group that overpulls the entrance halls.
Getting there
From the Misty Thicket, the citadel entrance is built into the wall's eastern hills. From the Karana side, enter through the Gorge of King Xorbb. Rivervale is the natural bind and vendor stop.

- The Borxx and the evil-eye lords rule the lowest level.
- Connects Misty Thicket and the Gorge — a true crossroads dungeon.
